Overview

John’s legal experience includes representing clients in complex civil litigation, appellate, and professional liability matters in federal and state court. Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Schroeder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, a law clerk to the Honorable G. Murray Snow of the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, and as a legal fellow at Environmental Defense Fund.
